Kinderfiddle Music Method for Children Book 1
Fiddlesticks Kinderfiddle Music Method utilizes our patented Fiddlesticks Position Trainer and Corrector. Book one is the Kinderfiddle Music Method for Children for ages 2-6. This method is conceived as a musical kindergarten. Students are introduced to music through shapes, colors, numbers, and alphabet. The essential elements of early childhood education are applied to music, through singing and movement. They learn simple intuitive symbols of color and shape to represent short notes and long notes, and they learn our concept of Sing and Play. They follow the bowing and our 'symbologic' notation, as they master the singing of song and movement of the music with their Kinderfiddle. As they do this, muscle memory takes over and they understand how to hold the violin correctly and bow at a perfect 90 degrees, and sing three basic Sing and Play songs.
By the time they finish the Kinderfiddle Music Method book, they have been able to accomplish basic Finger Gymnastic exercises that train the brain, help students focus, and strengthen their fingers, hands, wrist, and arm. Designed for our Kinderfiddle violin trainer, also perfect for classroom music as well as private instruction as an 8-12 week program. This book is the perfect foundation for our Sing and Play Fiddlesticks Method Book 2 and our Counting on Fiddlesticks rhythm and bowing method Book 3. All our method books are also the perfect companion to the Violin Suzuki Book 1 and for the Suzuki pre-twinkler.
